It has been a while since I have visited. I was thinking about Ben today and realized that the next post in the guest series is about Ben himself. When immersing yourself in a good story one of my favourite things that happens is that you become the story, you become its’ characters. In this case I became Ben; scared and unsure, then finally ending up a hero.
In the promo video I wanted to concentrate on Ben’s emerald green eyes. The original sketch was so tightly cropped that you see nothing more of Ben except his eyes. In the end I decided to show a bit more of Ben and his surroundings to give the viewer something to identify with. Hopefully the image of Ben will inspire and instil a sense of curiosity and adventure to read on; to become the story, to become Ben.
